If you tried to withdraw your assets to another wallet but it didn't reflect in the receivers wallet after waiting long hours, carefully read this guide to help you solve this problem. When the TxID is generated, click on the Transaction Hash to check the transaction status and confirmations on the blockchain. Here are the steps to follow when checking the confirmations count:
If the blockchain shows that the transaction is not confirmed or pending, please wait for the confirmation process to be completed. This varies depending on the blockchain network.
If the blockchain shows that the transaction is already confirmed, it means that your funds have been sent out successfully.
For the Ethereum network: If the blockchain shows “dropped”, you would need to contact the support team for help.
If you received cryptocurrency but it has not reflected in your Bitfxt wallet although it has received full confirmations on the blockchain, kindly create a support ticket along with the transaction hash.
You should also contact the support team of the exchange/wallet you are sending from.
Our system initiates the withdrawal process as soon as you click on the [Confirm] button in the confirmation email. Due to the decentralized and anonymous nature of the blockchain network, if you mistakenly withdraw your assets to a wrong address, we will be unable to locate the receiver of your funds and provide you any further assistance.
